We support organisations to genuinely get to grips with AI through workforce upskilling, senior leadership coaching, practical tool implementation, and clear policy design.
Our approach is always people focused, giving teams the skills and confidence they need while creating sustainable AI-powered solutions. The future of work and social impact is changing fast. Don't let the grass grow beneath your feet.

We make no bones about it - our AI training sessions are world-class. We challenge you to find any AI training that is as useful, memorable, and enjoyable.
We offer a wide range of workshops, all of which are tailored to your organisation's work and choice of AI tooling.
AI offers remarkable opportunities, but only when it is built around - or by - the people using it.
We'll support your team to create home-grown solutions that are simple to use, easy to maintain, and fully aligned with your long term goals.
It's important to us that teachers and students are always making appropriate use of AI tools, using them to supplement and guide their learning, rather than replace it.
We will always show people to use AI constructively and thoughtfully, and on their own terms.
Zoe achieved a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Kent before training as a secondary mathematics teacher. She has taught in both state and independent schools, gaining valuable experience of the pressures on teachers while building a reputation for making learning accessible and engaging.
She has since taken a leading role in integrating AI into education, developing professional development programmes for teachers and structured outreach for students. She focuses on helping schools adopt AI tools to streamline classroom workflows and support staff, while also exploring ways for students to use AI responsibly as a learning aid.
Zoe regularly works with colleagues to share best practice, from myth-busting common fears about AI to demonstrating practical classroom applications. Passionate about supporting the profession, she is committed to ensuring teachers and students alike feel confident and empowered to embrace the opportunities AI offers in education.
Joe holds a PhD in Mathematics and lectured in the subject for many years, where he built a strong reputation as both an educator and innovator in public engagement with STEM. He ran many local and national outreach programmes in mathematics and science, working with organisations such as the Royal Institution, Maths Hubs and STEMnet.
He has since led major AI initiatives, including serving as AI Strategy & Solutions Lead for a large adult education provider, where he designed and delivered large-scale rollouts of AI tools and worked closely on workforce engagement and upskilling. He regularly gives talks on Leadership with AI, tailored to audience needs, which consistently receive excellent feedback.
Previously, Joe directed national data programmes, integrating generative AI into learning design and content creation to improve efficiency and personalisation. He is particularly motivated by work with not-for-profit organisations and has also supported the professional development of teachers in AI, with consistently excellent feedback from participants.
